It's a safe and effective way to rejuvenate the skin.

Aftercare Advice

Skin may feel tighter or drier which is normal
Do not use a sunbed, sunbath, sauna or steam room for 4 weeks post treatment
Always use a SPF 30 or above
Avoid electrolysis, waxing, bleaching for 36 hours
Do not swim in chlorinated water for 14 days
No excessive exercise after treatment
Avoid makeup for 24 hours, mineral is recommended
Take direct advice if undergoing laser or IPL treatment

Please be aware of all facial treatments your skin can go through a phase of skin purging. This means some products contain active ingredients that speed up your skin exfoliation rate (cellular turnover). This can feed existing spots below the surface causing a once-off purge. It's your skin kicking out the dirt that was hiding in your skin. In other words, the pimple would have appeared anyway. purging made them show up faster. Once the purge is over, the breakout will be gone. This only happens to a very small amount of people.
