Micro roller/needling
About:

Microneedling is a procedure that uses small needles to prick to the skin, releasing growth factors that stimulate fibroblasts creating new collagen and elastin. The concept of microneedling is triggering the skin to repair itself. The small entry into the skin encourages the skin to produce a wound healing process, renewing the skin cells. It’s a safe and effective way to rejuvenate the skin.

For optimum results, you will need a course of treatments depending on the desired outcome and condition treated.

Microneedling can treat:

  • Acne scars

  • Age spots

  • Fine lines and wrinkles

  • Large pores

  • Scars

  • Uneven skin tones

  • Stretch marks

  • Hyperpigmentation

  • Reduce skin elasticity

Please be aware of all facial treatments your skin can go through a phase of skin purging. This means some products contain active ingredients that speed up your skin's exfoliation rate (cellular turnover). This can feed existing spots below the surface causing a once-off purge. It's your skin kicking out the dirt that was hiding in your skin. In other words, the pimple would have appeared anyway. Purging made them show up faster. Once the purge is over, the breakout will be gone. This only happens to a very small amount of people.
